Mick Jagger joins forces with Dave Grohl for surprise new song 'Eazy Sleazy'
Listen to 'Eazy Sleazy' below.
Mick Jagger has teamed up with Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl to share a surprise new song, 'Eazy Sleazy'. Penned during lockdown, the irresistible track finds Jagger reflecting – with tongue firmly in cheek – on our current reality of "Zoom calls" and "too much TV".
A performance video clip for 'Eazy Sleazy' has also been unveiled today on YouTube – featuring Jagger at home and Grohl in the studio.
"It’s a song that I wrote about coming out of lockdown, with some much needed optimism," Jagger says. "Thanks to Dave Grohl for jumping on drums, bass and guitar, it was a lot of fun working with him."
"It’s hard to put into words what recording this song with Sir Mick means to me," adds Grohl. "It’s beyond a dream come true. Just when I thought life couldn’t get any crazier... and it’s the song of the summer, without a doubt!"
