McArdle sampler EP for Drogheda Festival gig
Louth native SJ McArdle plays the Drogheda Arts Festival this month, with a new EP out to boot.
Singer-songwriter SJ McArdle has been announced as one of the headliners for the fifth Drogheda Arts Festival.
He and his band will play play the Droichead Arts Centre on Thursday April 30 at 8pm, and a special sampler EP by McArdle will be available on the night, featuring four songs from his forthcoming album.
The Drogheda Arts Festival has played host to the very finest in national and international music, including appearances by revered composers Michael Nyman and Terry Riley, as well as Irish heroes of the calibre of Damien Dempsey and Cathy Davey.
McArdle’s band for the festival gig will include 3epkano drummer James Mackin, songwriter and Roesy pianist Josh Johnston, and Froud bassist Martin O'Neill.
