Live videos unveiled on YouTube
If your friends seem to be sharing more live music in the next few weeks, here's why...
Music Vault have flung over 2000 hours worth of live videos onto the site. That, as they point out, "is over 20 Bonnaroo's worth".
The bounty includes material by Bruce Springsteen, James Brown and The Who, and stretches from Woodstock legends all the way to modern heroes like Fleet Foxes and St Vincent.
In a release Music Vault content editor Bill Antonucci said: "After two years restoring, transferring, mixing and mastering thousands of tapes from our enormous archive, we're thrilled and extremely proud to share this massive treasure with the YouTube music community."
You can find the page here, though be warned: Hot Press assumes no responsibility for the hours you might spend there.
