Lionel Richie announces outdoor gig in Dublin for 2020
The legendary singer is coming to Dublin as part of his Hello! Tour 2020.
After an acclaimed run of gigs across the US, Lionel Richie is set to bring his Hello! Tour to Europe – including a major outdoor performance at St. Anne's Park, Dublin on Saturday, June 6.
The legendary artist occupies a unique place in the history of pop, selling more than 100 million albums worldwide and winning an Oscar, a Golden Globe and four Grammy Awards. As well as appearing as a judge on American Idol, Richie recently released his Live From Las Vegas LP – a live album featuring 12 of his greatest hits.
Richie's lauded Glastonbury appearance in 2015 also drew the festival’s biggest crowd ever, with more than 200,000 attendees. On November 19, that performance will be showing in cinemas around the world for one night only. See participating Irish cinemas here.
Tickets for Richie's Dublin performance are €69.90, and go on sale this Friday, November 8, at 9am.
