Tickets go on sale Friday and can be found at the link below.
The Dublin Bowie Festival have announced Bowie’s Golden Years, featuring a number of the artist's former collaborators and celebrating the 50th anniversary of Station To Station, set for Opium, Dublin on Saturday, February 28, 2026.
Performers include David Bowie's former pianist Mike Garson, guitarist Earl Slick, who took over from Mick Ronson on the 1974 Diamond Dogs Tour before he recorded on David Live, Young Americans and Station To Station, and producer Mark Plati.
Released in 1976, Station to Station was Bowie's 10th studio album. The six-track record included hits such as 'Golden Years' and 'Word on a Wing'.
Running from February 24 to March 1, the annual Dublin Bowie Festival hosts yet to be announced concerts, exhibitions and Bowie related events.
Last year's line-up included Garson as well as bass player Gail Ann Dorsey, who performed regularly with Bowie's band between 1995 and his final tour in 2004. The pair played Bowie's songs alongside the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, drummer Sterling Campbell and Plati.
Bowie's former guitarist Gerry Leonard was the concert's Musical Director, with a number of guest vocalists such as Soda Blonde's Faye O'Rourke, Dana Masters, Duke Special and Shobsy also taking part as they celebrated 50 years of Young Americans.
“We were blessed to work with a great mentor who touched us all in a similar way," Dorsey told Hot Press, speaking of Bowie ahead of the performance. "To be associated with somebody who’s work is so powerful and connects with so many people on such a deep level… wow, just wow!”
Tickets for Bowie's Golden Years go on sale Friday, December 19 at 10 a.m. and can be found here.
