Lindi Ortega for Sugar Club

Countrified singer-songwriter Lindi Ortega makes a welcome return to Irish shores in the New Year. Armed with a brand new album Tin Star, she'll take to The Sugar Club stage on January 11.

It's all part of her plans for solo domination in Europe, having previously toured with Brandon Flowers, Noah & The Whale and... Kevin Costner?

It will her second time in the venue, having played a Winter 2011 double-whammy of Whelan's and The Sugar Club in quick succession. She went down a storm on both occasions, so it's good to have her classic country sound back.
