The electric indie rockers unexpectedly popped up to the celebrations for their hometown team's historic victory.
Kasabian played a surprise set at a victory party held to celebrate Leicester City FC winning the English Premier League.
Underdogs of the season Leicester were crowned league champions on May 2 and finished a full ten points ahead of second place Arsenal. The team celebrated with an open top bus tour around the city before a concert in Victory Park in front of over 20,000 fans.
After the soccer team had lifted the trophy for the gathered masses, die hard Leicester fans Kasabian popped up for an unpublicised four song set. They began with the appropriately titled 'Underdog' followed by 'Eez-Eh', 'L.S.F.' and 'Fire'. See some footage from the gig below.

Kasabian return to their hometown and their team's home ground with two gigs at the King Power Stadium on May 28 and 29.
