Justin Timberlake - 2003 Tele-Print Press Conference
Ahead of the boy wonder's Phoenix Park performance, we recall the conference we were part of 10 years ago...
As Justin Timberlake prepares to treat the Phoenix Park to a pop and R&B masterclass, Hot Press is recalling the wonderfully bizarre ‘Jive Records Justin Timberlake Tele-Print Press Conference’ we were part of in 2003.
Peppered with such probing questions as “Hi, Justin. I would like to know what words come to mind when you think about Belgium?” and “Which famous person would you like to give dancing lessons. And why?” it was VFM for the comedy content alone.
JT did manage to say some very interesting things along the way about the Iraq War, the tabloid press, over-zealous fans, his twin passions for classic soul and basketball, the genius of Timbaland, boy bandom and why he likes ladies with “a nice booty”.
