Justin Bieber remains on top of the singles chart

It's plus ca change at the top of the Irish singles chart this week, as Justin Bieber hangs on to top spot.
'What Do You Mean?' remains one position above The Weeknd's 'Can't Feel My Face', which stays at No. 2. In fact, there's no movement at all within the top seven; Calvin Harris & Disciples, Sigala, Walk The Moon, Rachel Platten and Felix Jaehn all keep their spots from last week.
'Downtown', from Macklemore and Ryan Lewis climbs four places to No. 8, which pushes Major Lazer just outside the top ten; the week's highest new entry is Ellie Goulding's 'On My Mind', which charts at No. 14.
