Joan Armatrading announces Irish gig
In what may be the most notice ever given for an Irish gig, Aiken Promotions have confirmed a 2010 visit to Vicar St. by Joan Armatrading.
Tickets for the gig, which takes place on April 23 of next year, go on sale tomorrow (May 1) priced €37.
She’ll be drawing on every phase of a career that now spans four decades, and includes such chart monsters as ‘Love And Affection’, ‘Me Myself I’, ‘All The Way From America’, ‘Drop The Pilot’ and ‘I’m Lucky’.
