Jameson Connects' epic online music experience, The Spirit Of Christmas, is just around the corner – going live on Wednesday, December 23, and featuring some of the most exciting names in Irish music, including James Vincent McMorrow, performing from Jameson Distillery Bow St.
One of Ireland's most prominent musical success stories of recent memory, with over 750 million streams across his discography, the platinum-selling artist's music has taken him all over the world – with his music appearing everywhere from Game of Thrones to Drake's Views.
Over 2020, the Dublin singer-songwriter has treated fans to a lauded string of singles – including 'Gone' (which he performed on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert), 'I Should Go' and 'Headlights'. James' upcoming fifth studio album is expected next year – following the success of his previous chart-topping LPs.
"I’ve always loved the music that I’ve made, but I’ve contorted myself quite a lot, to make music that makes me happy, while also making other people happy," he recently told Hot Press. "Now, I’m just trying to make myself happy! That’s a much freer place for me to be in, and it seems to be working – because not only am I much prouder of this music than other records I’ve made, but also, people seem to understand it."
As part of Jameson Connects' The Spirit Of Christmas, you can expect three incredible performances – from James Vincent McMorrow, Saint Sister & Lisa Hannigan, and The Scratch – straight to your living room!
