Imelda May to appear on Later with Jools Holland
Dublin-born rockabilly singer Imelda May has been added to next week's Later with Jools Holland on BBC2.
Imelda will appear on Later with Jools Holland on BBC2, Tuesday 10pm and Friday 11.35pm, performing two songs from her latest album Love Tattoo.
May has been touring with Jools Holland and Van Morrison and has just finished her summer festival season that included gigs at Glastonbury, Innocent, Cornbury and Chiswick House.
She has shared stages with an impressive array of musical talent, including Scissor Sisters, Elvis Costello, Elton John, Alison Moyet, Bryan Ferry, Anastasia and more. When her Love Tattoo album was released late last year The Times said "As well as May's latest song featuring the slap-bass of Al Gare, she produced more originals with enormous potential, of which 'Meet You At The Moon' ought to be a bestseller."
