Hunters Moon Festival

'Intimate' might not be a word you'd normally use to describe a festival, but Hunters Moon in Carrick On Shannon is set to be just that. Tickets for the alternative weekend of music, art and film are limited to just 250.

The musical line-up includes Tony Conrad, Gnod, Circulus, Akke Phallus Duo, Blood Stereo, Dylan Nyoukls, Blue Yodel, Bela Emerson and many more. Plus, you'll find an array of art exhibitions, public soundscapes and film events in venues across the town.

Held over the Halloween weekend (October 28 - 30), promoters Skinny Wolves are hoping to create a unique festival for people with genre-spanning tastes - bands and DJs are set to play everything from drone and psych to folk music.

Tickets for the weekend are €57.50 including booking free and are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
