The 23-track double CD features a compilation of their songs over the past 40 years and includes a complete set of both A and B sides of the band's entire UK single release catalogue.
To coincide with the album release, the band who are widely regarded as the ‘founding fathers of Celtic rock’ will also release their first book, dedicated to the history of their career.
Horslips – Tall Tales: The Official Biography will be available on November 4 on O’Brien press and sees the band telling their story in their own words.
Horslips fans will enjoy rare photographs and memorabilia including album art and handwritten lyrics.
The book will also contain a personalized account of the band's heartbreaking split in 1980 and triumphant comeback in 2004.
