Part produced by ex-Frames man Dave Odlum, the track-listing is: 'Day One', 'Hanging Around', 'Back On My Hand', 'Over And Over', 'Let A Good Thing Go', 'Ran For Miles', 'What A Day', 'Tear In My Side', 'I Wanna Stay', 'Bird Casadaga' and the title-cut.

Equal parts Alanis Morrissette, Suzanne Vega and Aimee Mann, the opus gets a live airing on March 9th when the Tipperary singer plays Whelan's.
