After the controversy of their 2010 show, they'll play the O2 once again.
Guns N’ Roses have announced a May 17 visit to the Dublin O2, tickets for which are €65.45 and go on sale on Friday February 3.
Axl and the chaps were last here in 2010 when they sold out both the O2 and the Belfast Odyssey. The former proved to be somewhat controversial with the band arriving on stage late and then walking off when plastic glasses and bottles were thrown at them by disgruntled punters.
They returned later to play the rest of their set and, it has to be said, sounded pretty damn good.
As reported in the current issue of Hot Press, the band are threatening to go into the studio this year and record the follow-up to 2008’s Chinese Democracy.
