Glass Animals announce Dublin date
Following the release of their debut album Zaba, ‘post-Alt J’ band Glass Animals announced they will perform at Whelan’s on Saturday October 18
The four Oxford lads have a full calendar book this summer, and the gig is the latest addition to their tour across the UK, States, France and Belgium.
“Sensitive” and “agreeably-pretentious”, according to Hot Press Ed Power’s review of their album, Glass Animals will also perform at the upcoming Electric Picnic and Punkelpop festivals.
Tickets for the Whelan’s show will cost you €16.50 and go on sale this Wednesday at 9 a.m. through Ticketmaster. The Dublin and festival dates are a couple months off, so until then, watch Glass Animals perform Zaba’s key track ‘Gooey’ live in the video below.
