Gaiety School Of Acting Grad Play hits Smock Alley next week
Hugh Jackman has sent his best wishes to the students ahead of their staging of Dirty Laundry.
Dirty Laundry lands on the stage of Dublin's Smock Alley Theatre next week. The Grad Play from The Gaiety School Of Acting's Class Of 2014 is being directed by the acclaimed, Australian-based Chris Edmund.
Indeed, a former student of Edmund's, one Hugh Jackman, tweeted to urge people to see the show:
My acting teacher and mate @chrisedmund has an exciting new play this month in Dublin. Get along if you can.

Jackman has previously said of Edmund: "There is not one job that I do when I’m not using one of the pearls of wisdom that Chris gave us. He was a very influential director, teacher and writer.”
High praise indeed. We'll see what Edmund and the students can do between June 23 – 28. For further information and tickets go to [link]gaietyschool.com/airing-their-dirty-laundry-in-public-at-smock-alley-class-of-2014[/link].
