Free Music Workshops in Belfast
200 limited places available to hear advice from industry experts…
As part of Belfast Music Week, Armstrong Learning presents two panel discussions on November 1 to help potential musicians get a foot in the door.
Northern Irish artist Ram’s Pocket Radio will provide the case study for the first talk at 2pm, with insights from his management and press team. Peter McCauley, Phil Nelson and Julian Deane will be on hand to answer questions, plus Rob Dix (who has done PR for Damien Rice, Biffy Clyro & Bell X1) and Joe Dougan from Belsonic/Shine Productions.
The second talk at 3.30pm will look at production techniques in electronic music, with speakers including The Japanese Popstars, Phil Kieran and Psycatron. There will also be a chance for the audience to receive feedback on their demos.
Both events are completely free – just reserve your place by emailing [email protected]. They both take place at the Oh Yeah Music Centre on Gordon Street, Belfast.
