While You’re A Star, for which she made the last 10, probably did a lot for her confidence and profile, a gimmicky start to Sinead’s career probably wasn’t the best idea given that debut ‘Finally…’ demonstrates that she’s a serious musician. There’s no denying she’s off to join the rather crowded ranks of female singer-songwriters that might as was well morph into one giant Alanis Morrisette. But with a voice as spunky as hers, there’s every chance she can hold her own.
