Tidy away the eye-liner fans, the emo kings are not coming back.

Yesterday, the clocks wound back to 2006 and emos throughout the world started blasting My Chemical Romance.

What inspired this trip down memory lane? The emo rock band hinted that they might be reuniting when they cryptically tweeted a teaser trailer that ended with the date 9.23.16 (September 23, 2016).

But today, the band broke emo hearts by taking to twitter to dismiss rumours of a reunion. However, they will be reissuing their album The Black Parade in celebration of its 10 year anniversary.
