Jack Hughes has introduced himself as one the country's most compellingly original alt-pop talents, with his powerful new single, 'Crossed The Line'. The track arrives alongside an eery new video, premiering below.
With sinister undertones, and deeply personal themes, Jack's music allows him to delve into areas that few artists dare to tread.
The seeds of 'Crossed The Line' were sown all the way back in the summer of 2018, when Jack was just 16. Originally recorded on VoiceMemos, the melody and lyrics to the track were written in a period of two hours. Later, he joined forces with producer Joe Egan.
With each of his songs, Jack invites the listener to study the lyrics and build the story for themselves – and ultimately find their own meaning within the music.
