Eddie Izzard for Dublin and Belfast dates in 2013
It's as yet unconfirmed whether he'll run the entire distance to the venues.
The exquisite, critically adored comedian (and, in recent times, marathon man) Eddie Izzard has announced details of his most extensive comedy tour ever in 2013 and he's found time for the Emerald Isle in his diary.
Izzard will bring his Force Majeure both north and south, the only downside being that it's still more than a year away.
He plays The Odyssey Arena, Belfast on May 25, 2013. Tickets are priced at £40. The following night of May 26, he'll be in Dublin's O2, with tickets for that gig going for €49.50.
Still a long way off, but with live stand-up still at the peak of its pulling power, it would be wise to get your tickets early. They go on general sale this Friday, with a pre-sale starting at 9am tomorrow.
