Dublin Fringe Festival announces Spiegeltent line-up

There's some great music to be had this month as the ESB Dublin Fringe Festival returns for another fortnight-long splurge.

The main action centres around the 19th century Spiegeltent, which is being pitched this year on a pontoon on George's Dock.
