Down confirm Dublin show
Blues-metal supergroup Down have announced a Dublin gig in April.
The New Orleans five-piece will be in the capital's spiritual home of metal, the Ambassador, on April 15.
Featuring Pantera's Phil Anselmo and Corrosion of Conformity's Pepper Keenan, the band have a heavy metal pedigree second to none and should delivering a blistering live set. Members of Crowbar, Superjoint Ritual and Eyehategod complete the lineup, who have three albums under their belt since their debut in 1995.

Tickets for the show are available from Ticketmaster for €38.60. Over-14s will be permitted on the balcony, with the downstairs are being over-18s only on the night.
