Django Django rock Dublin

Art rock foursome Django Django played to a jam-packed Grand Social last night. The band (part-English, Scot and Northern Irish) formed in 2009 after meeting at Edinburgh College of Art, but only released their self-titled debut album last month.

The HP verdict? A fresh and exciting opus that "throbs with earthy, tribal-sounding percussion". Though last night's high energy show was the band's first Dublin visit, you may have caught them at last year's Castlepalooza festival. Expect big things!
