Luscious Jackson are another in a long line of those all girl groups who can send your head reeling with titillating melodies as you swoon with scopophiliac delight. I can’t think of a more appropriate name either as our ladies-in-waiting pile up phrase upon sleazy phrase of alluring metaphor to a flim noir-like soundtrack. ‘Deepshag’ will insinuate itself into your bones.
