David Bowie to release The Next Day special edition
'The Next Day Extra' hits this November...
David Bowie has announced details of the forthcoming special edition of excellent comeback album The Next Day.
Set for release on November 4, the three-disc collector's edition - titled The Next Day Extra - includes the original 14-track CD, a 10-track CD of bonus tracks including four previously unreleased songs, two new mixes and Japanese bonus track 'God Bless The Girl'. There's also a DVD of the four promotional films made for the record; 'Where Are We Now?', 'The Stars (Are Out Tonight)', 'The Next Day' and 'Valentine's Day'.
The whole thing comes with a lyric booklet and book of stills from the promo films. A seven-track digital EP bundle will also be made available.
