Daft Punk doc on the way

We're still waiting for them to tour the 2013 event album that was Random Access Memories but at least there's something Daft Punk-related coming our way in the near future.
A new BBC documentary, Daft Punk Unchained, will look at the French electronic artists beneath the robot helmets and chart their rise to fame, and its got quite the list of talking heads contributing.
You can look forward to interviews with Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, Giorgio Moroder, Niel Rodgers, Michel Gondrey, Pete Tong and more.
Directing by Joseph Trapanese, who worked with the pair on the Tron: Legacy score, it airs on France's Canal+ on June 24. It is a BBC production, however, so we will most definitely get it over here as well. Stick with hotpress.com for details on that air date.
