Oasis release ‘Cigarettes & Alcohol' live recording from Manchester show
After gracing the cover of Hot Press, Oasis has released a recording from the first hometown show of their Live '25 reunion tour.
Oasis have released ‘Cigarettes & Alcohol (Live from Manchester, 11 July ‘25)’, ahead of their sold-out week at London’s Wembley Stadium.
The track was recorded at the first of five Oasis Live '25 Tour shows in the Gallagher brothers' hometown, with 340,000 fans packing Heaton Park to celebrate their reunion.
The release of ‘Cigarettes & Alcohol (Live from Manchester, 11 July ‘25)’ follows ‘Slide Away (Live from Cardiff, 4 July ‘25)’.
After its 15th anniversary reissue was announced in June, Oasis' compilation record Time Flies... 1994–2009 hit number one on the Irish Albums Chart, with formative studio albums (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? and Definitely Maybe in the top ten.
Earlier this month, Oasis announced a deluxe 30th anniversary version of (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? to be released on October 3. A box set for the Complete Studio Album Collection will be released on August 22.
This month's cover of Hot Press stars Oasis ahead of their two sold-out Croke Park shows next month. The issue includes a 14-page feature on the band, with an exclusive look at Liam and Noel's story in their own words pulled from decades of conversations with Hot Press.
