Chuck Prophet for Dublin

There's some quality Americana to be had on November 14 when former Green On Red guitarslinger Chuck Prophet pops into Whelan's with his Scorchers-fronting friend Jason Ringenberg.

The show coincides with the release of The Age Of Miracles, Prophet's new album which he describes as: "A little grown up and a little juvenile, full of ugly truths and beautiful lies, like a jug band backed by a Mattel drum machine/

"Or, to put it another way, a world where Dr. Dre and Charlie Feathers would both feel comfortable!"

Having heard the opus in question, we can confirm he's not lying!
