Bruce Springsteen documentary on the way
The Boss is putting it together with a little help from his fans.
He's confirmed three Irish dates for 2013 for those outside of Dublin (Limierick, Cork and Belfast get him in July), but right now Bruce Springsteen has a documentary to complete.
Produced by Ridley Scott Associates, Black Dog Films and Scott Free London, Springsteen And I will draw on fans' recollections and memories.
People were asked to send in their footage of themselves talking about New Jersey's finest, displaying their memorabilia etc... Sadly the deadline for entries was last week – hopefully some Irish enthusiasts were quick to get their footage in. If there's one thing his two RDS shows earlier this year and forthcoming dates prove, it's that there is a lot of them.
The Boss will perform in Thomond Park, Limerick (July 16), Páirc Uí Chaoimh, Cork (18), and Kings Hall Arena, Belfast (20).
Tickets, from €90, are on sale now.
