Bohemians FC unveil their Thin Lizzy 'Dancing In The Floodlights' mural
It's to commemorate Phil & Co's. famous 1977 visit to Dalymount Park...
Fans attending last night's Bohemians vs Cabinteely EA Sports Cup game got an eyeful of the club's new Phil Lynott and Thin Lizzy 'Dancing In The Floodlights' mural.
Lizzy celebrated Phil's birthday by playing a legendary August 21, 1977 gig at Dalymount Park supported by Graham Parker & The Rumour, Fairport Convention, Stepaside, Stagalee and bunch of snotty-noised oiks by the name of the Boomtown Rats. The asking price for all this rock 'n' roll goodness was £4.
In case you're wondering, the home side won last night's encounter 1-0.
