An outstanding performance from London Grammar on the Main Stage
Lead singer Hannah Reid's voice carried the trio during their triumphant return to Electirc Picnic.
Embracing both their current and their debut albums, London Grammar didn't appear to put a foot wrong as the wowed an adoring crowd on the Main Stage.
Kicking off with 'Hey Now', Hannah delivered from her first word to the last, with 'Wasting My Young Years' and 'Strong' being clear fan favourites. Songs from the first album took pride of place, but the main surprises largely came from newer, less familiar tracks. In particular, 'Who Am I' displayed the range and force behind Reid's vocals, while 'Rooting For You' displayed the real, raw emotion both in the singer's voice, and in the singer herself.
Truth is a beautiful thing, and so are London Grammar.
