Aiken Promotions have issued a brief statement following this morning's news that Dublin City Council have only granted licences for the country superstar's July 25, 26 & 27 shows.

"We are very disappointed that Dublin City Council did not grant a licence for the five Garth Brooks concerts at Croke Park," they say. "We will issue a further statement in due course."
