Watch the trailer for the highly anticipated Jeff Buckley documentary below.
Following the film's world premiere at Sundance earlier this year, the official trailer for It's Never Over, Jeff Buckley has been released.
Directed by Oscar-nominated filmmaker Amy Berg – known for films like Deliver Us From Evil, Janis: Little Girl Blue, and West of Memphis – the documentary delves into the life of the deeply influential singer-songwriter, who died in 1997, aged just 30.
According to film's description, his story will be told through "never-before-seen footage from Buckley’s archives and intimate accounts from his mother Mary Guibert, former partners Rebecca Moore and Joan Wasser, Jeff’s former bandmates, including Michael Tighe and Parker Kindred, and luminaries like Ben Harper and Aimee Mann".
The film is expected to land in US cinemas on August 8, followed by a release on HBO later this year.
