Vogue Williams, West End cast of The Lion King and more for The Late Late Show
The Late Late Show airs on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player ever Friday at 9.35pm.
Vogue Williams, the West End cast of The Lion King, Mark and David Ryan, Mario Rosenstock and the best of this year's GAA will join Ryan Tubridy on The Late Late Show couch this Friday.
The The Lion King musical stars will be in studio for a special performance of 'Circle of Life' after the news of their six-week stop at Dublin's Bord Gáis Energy Theatre in 2023.
The show toured through the UK and Ireland in December 2021, however covid restrictions at that time meant audience numbers were drastically reduced.
Now, the show makes a triumphant return to full audiences next September - the perfect opportunity for anyone who might have missed out last time. The show has toured across more than 100 cities in 20 countries on every continent - bar Antarctica - with The Lion King’s worldwide gross exceeding that of any film, Broadway show or any other entertainment title in box office history.
TV presenter Vogue Williams, will chat in the RTE studio about her smash hit podcast, her arena tours and now adding children's author to her name.
As he prepares to take Gift Grub Live around the country, master of impressions Mario Rosenstock throws a wry eye over some of the country's most famous faces.
Siblings Mark and David Ryan will speak with Ryan about the abuse they endured as children on the grounds of Blackrock College for the first time since RTÉ Doc on One's Blackrock Boys aired last month.
Since then, hundreds of abuse victims have come forward against the Spiritans in Ireland (Holy Ghost Order) for the first time as a direct result of the Ryan brothers speaking out.
The Late Late Show will also look back on the best moments from this year's GAA season.
The Late Late Show airs on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player ever Friday at 9.35pm.
