WATCH: It's Always Sunny is back with explosive new trailer
Wednesday, January 4. Set the date.
“We need to get back on TV, and control the damn narrative,” says Dennis (Glenn Howerton) in the new trailer for the upcoming season of much-loved irreverent comedy It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. And how do the gang get control of the narrative? By playing as dirty as possible.
The clip features the gang snorting coke, offering money in exchange for sex (what Frank calls an “indecent proposal”), and some kind of dildo-related business endeavour. Frank (Danny DeVito) also spends time at a water park, where he gets to the front of the lines by screaming, “AIDS! I got AIDS! Coming through!”
In addition to the upcoming 12th season, It’s Always Sunny — also starring Charlie Day, Rob McElhenney, and Kaitlin Olson — was recently renewed for seasons 13 and 14.
