Official trailer released for new Ali G film Who Iz I?

Sacha Baron Cohen is set to return as Ali G, and make his directorial debut, in Ali G: Who Iz I? – with the official trailer released today, ahead of the film's October 23 release.

"After twenty years spent 'chillin’, tokin’ and bonin’', Ali G is shocked to discover that his long-term girlfriend, Julie, is 8 months pregnant," the official description reads. "Faced with an extra mouth to feed, he gets off his batty and heads to America to reclaim his former glory… but soon encounters adversaries who will ultimately threaten his and his child’s very existence."

The character Ali G first appeared on Channel 4's The 11 O'Clock Show back in 1998, before going on to feature in the Da Ali G Show and Ali G Indahouse.
