Uma Thurman Breaks Silence Over Harvey Weinstein, Saying #metoo
The Pulp Fiction star has hinted that she was sexually harassed or even sexually assaulted by the disgraced movie mogul.
Uma revealed that she has a "few reasons" to be "angry" with Weinstein. In a social media post, she did not go into any specific details but said that she puts herself in the #metoo category.
She said that Weinstein did "not deserve a bullet" and that she was taking pleasure from his dramatic downfall.
Uma hinted that she had much more to reveal, telling people to "stay tuned".
She wrote: "I am grateful today, to be alive, for all those I love, and for all those who have the courage to stand up for others. I said I was angry recently, and I have a few reasons, #metoo, in case you couldn’t tell by the look on my face.
"I feel it’s important to take your time, be fair, be exact, so... Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! (Except you Harvey, and all your wicked conspirators - I’m glad it’s going slowly - you don’t deserve a bullet) -stay tuned. Uma Thurman."
