Preacher Has Been Renewed for a Second Season

The supernatural comic adaptation starring our own Ruth Negga already has a huge fandom despite only starting in May.
The graphic comic has been brought to life by Dominic Cooper, Ruth Negga and John Gilgun playing the three amigos out to get vengeance on the God that did the world wrong. Negga stars as Tulip and has been on the receiving end of rave reviews for her ability to capture the essence of Tulip with Empire praising; "Smart, capable and extremely violent when called upon, Tulip works well on screen with some backstory tinkering, and Negga is clearly having a blast playing her."
Preacher's audiences have reached up to 2.4 million over in the US and it's one of the biggest endeavours that network AMC have embarked upon. With audiences speakng in their thousands, AMC have made the decision to renew Preacher for a second season and have extended the season's length to 13 episodes. Now all Preacher fans have to do is watch Season 1 over again and again until Season 2 arrives in 2017.

Somebody pop open some Ratwater! #Preacher is coming back for Season 2...all you have to do is wait until 2017.
