Derry Girls set to get Crystal Maze special
The cast of the hit Channel 4 show are set to put their game show skills to the test, as they join Richard Ayoade on the Crystal Maze this summer.
Channel 4 made the annoucement today, saying: "The Crystal Maze returns next month with all-new celebrity specials. Maze Master Richard Ayoade will guide a glittering array of fearless famous faces through the Aztec, Medieval, Futuristic and Industrial Zones as they take on 30 brand new games in the hope of collecting all-important crystals. The teams will then swap their crystals for time inside the iconic Crystal Dome.
"The series of new episodes will include a Derry Girls special, with cast members Jamie-Lee O'Donnell, Louisa Harland, Nicola Coughlan, Dylan Llewellyn and their team captain Saoirse Monica Jackson upping the 1990s nostalgia."
The Crystal Maze begins in June on Channel 4.
