The Flaws among new acts for Cork Indie-Pendence
Free Mitchelstown festival Indie-Pendence has just announced the line-up for two new stages, including bands like The Flaws and Ilya K.
Indie-Pendence runs from August 3-6, and hopes to showcase the best of the Irish indie scene, with bands like The Republic Of Loose, Director, Delorentos, The Chapters, The Aftermath and Fight Like Apes featuring over the four days.
Now the Mitchelstown gig organisers have announced the line-up for the Acoustic Art Venue and ‘Off-Stage’ gigs over the festival.
On Sunday August 5 The Flaws, Ilya K, Crayonsmith, and The Vital Spark play the ‘Off-Stage’ gigs.
The new Acoustic Art Stage will see performances from James Hara, Lauren Guillery and the Claws, Stephen O’Brien, Cian Walsh, Conor O’Tuama, Kiernan McMullen, Labhaoise Brennan, Siobhan O’Brien and Sarah-Louise McCarthy.
The festival is free to all and offers music, art exhibitions and street performances. For more info check www.mitchelstownfest.com
