'Record Store Gay' album on the way!
Logikparty, Crayonsmith and Hello Moon have contributed to the collection.
To celebrate Record Store Day (this Saturday, April 21), a collective called Record Store Gay are putting together a special compilation album.
The 14-tracker sees various Irish artists perform their favourite gay anthems. Hello Moon will take on Donna Summer's 'I Feel Love', Logikparty will tackle Sylvester James' 'Mighty Real', while Celibacy Club and Lovesea & T will both pay homage to that Erasure classic 'A Little Respect'!
The album will be available to buy for a suggested donation on Record Store Day from Elastic Witch (Twisted Pepper), the RAGE, Tower Records, Spin dizzy and E2, Dame St. All proceeds will go to LGBT charity Outhouse. Have a listen below.
There will be a free all-day gig featuring bands that have contributed to the project happening on the day too, in Outhouse on Capel St.
