School is in session this March...
The Hot Press Diploma in Music Journalism returns on Thursday March 1. This is a 12-week course in conjunction with Independent Colleges and a must for anyone with a passion for writing and music. The course presents a unique and exclusive opportunity to gain a vital insight into the workings of music and celebrity journalism, in both an Irish and international cultural context.
It will include invaluable instruction on a wide range of areas - interviewing, critical journalism, feature writing, TV, photography, fashion and image in music, portfolio production and much more. One lucky qualifying participant also has the opportunity of an internship with Hot Press (Terms and Conditions apply).
Lecturers include top Hot Press journalists and some of the most distinguished names in the industry including Stuart Clark, Jackie Hayden, Niall Stokes, Anne Sexton, David Rooney, Roisin Dwyer, Duan Stokes, Olaf Tyaransen and more.
