Steel Guitar Fest for Drogheda

The event will be staged over two days 17th and 18th in the Bettystown Court Hotel. Steel players from Ireland, USA, Canada, France, Germany, Holland, Finland, England and Scotland have already been confirmed.
Gerry Hogan of Hogan's Heroes, Albert Lee's backing band, and long time organiser of the British Steel Guitar Festival, will be making a welcome return to the festival this year. Other players already confirmed include Percy Robinson (Donegal), Dave Kirk (Kent), Donny Johnston (Scotland), Lionel Wendling (France), Hans De Jong (Netherlands), Paul Brennan (Dublin), Peter Nylund (Finland) and Ivan McLernon (Lisburn).
