The Hot 8 Brass Band come to Ireland

The Hot 8 Brass Band have announced that they will be playing Whelans (July 11), Club Rouge, Letterkenny (12) and Roisin Dubh, Galway (July 13).

The ten-member strong band have their own version of 'Sexual Healing' which has left all who've heard it chasing after them to get their hands on a recording!

The New Orleans band featured in Spike Lee's When The Levees Broke, a documentary film on the effects that Hurricane Katrina had on their hometown.

Tickets are €20 and are available from ticketmaster.ie and all usual outlets.
