Songwriter legends co-write Rob Burke debut album
The new album from award-winning artist Rob Burke features the songwriting talents of Jack Tempchin, Mickey Harte, Paul Williams, Lamont Dozier and Garrett Wall.
Multi-award winning singer-songwriter Rob Burke releases his new single ‘All The Love’ on September 8, 2008.
‘All The Love’ was co-written by Rob, renowned Eagles songwriter Jack Tempchin (‘Peaceful Easy Feeling’/ ‘Already Gone’) and Irish writer Mickey Harte. The download-only single is a taster for Burke’s debut album More Than Me due out early next year.
The album promises to be a feast of collaborations with top international and Irish songwriters. Songs by famed US composers including Paul Williams, (worldwide hits like The Carpenters ‘We’ve only Just Begun’ and ‘Rainy Days And Mondays’, and the classic ‘Just an Old Fashioned Love Song’), Motown legend Lamont Dozier (who has written hits for The Supremes, The Four Tops, Phil Collins and Simply Red) and Irish writers Mickey Harte and Garrett Wall also feature on the record.
In the meantime you can catch Rob Burke live at Walters in Dun Laoghaire on Saturday nights with a band of top Irish musicians, including the amazing Richie Buckley and Anto Drennan.
