Cranberries drummer returns with new outfit
Not to be outdone by Noel Hogan and Dolores O’Riordan, Cranberries drummer Fergal Lawler is returning to the musical fray with a new outfit called The Low Network.
Joining him in the line-up are DeLorean Suite singer Jennifer McMahon and former Woodstar guitarist Kieran Calvert.
They’ve recorded three tracks – ‘Wasted’, ‘Skyline’ and ‘Hollow’ – which are being shopped to various record companies.
Returning to the boy Hogan, Noel is one of the investors in Digital Jet, a content delivery kiosk that enables music, ringtones, video and games to be downloaded onto MP3 players, computers and phones.
Customers include Stena Line ferries and Golden Discs who, following trials in their Liffey Valey store, plan to have Digital Jet in all of their outlets.
