Legends in action

One of the most influential bands to come from Ireland, Planxty, have just announced that they will play Dublin's Point Depot on December 28 & 29, and Belfast's Waterfront Hall on January 19 & 20.
Musicians Christy Moore, Donal Lunny, Liam O'Flynn and Andy Irvine have played together for over 30 years but their recent live shows are said to be infused with as much energy and talent as they ever were, as they have maintained the original band line- up, so get yourself to one of these shows asap.
